Maine programs offer student loan debt relief favoring certain careers

The Maine Center For Economic Policy forecast that 95% of the state residents with student loan debt would benefit from the Biden plan, which would increase the amount eligible for forgiveness to $20,000 for borrowers who had received Pell Grants.
