Garrett has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s degree in public affairs (economics and public policy concentration) from Princeton.
Garrett Martin lives with his wife and two children in Bremen, Maine and serves on the Damariscotta Planning Advisory Committee.
